Maybe, like me, you’ve been tuned into the weird and wonderful world of videos from the Bon Appétit Test Kitchen from the get-go. Even still, it seems like the team’s rise to internet domination has been nothing short of meteoric over the past year or so. I mean, could there even BE more bingeable content than watching Claire as she pokes doll-sized circles of pepperoni for Bagel Bites? Somehow the other day I spent a solid twenty minutes watching Brad Leone just sharpening knives and enjoying every minute of it. Good clean fun, Hunzi. You’re going to leave wishing it were a bit better than it actually was, but hey, you’ve got time, so why not watch the kids banter on stage recently at the 92nd Street Y.
